TV - Battlestar Galactica - RM SEASON TWO
Moderators: Andron, ZipCrash, Omega, Vern, Hawkeye Yes and it's added a whole new angle to the show as the Chief is running for his life on Kobol.
The first episode focus around Command Tigh, and his past..... We didn't see much of Starbuck on Cap with that arrow. I hope we don't go through a whole season with her stuck there. Anyone know how many episdoe Season 2 has? ![]()
seems like they'd order 20. Sci-fi seems to consider all their friday as one unit, "Sg-atlantactica," so they'd probably order the same number.
Now, if you really want to know 'bout starbuck, her actor said on the sci-fi premier special program that
she'd be back eventually, and before adama returned to command.
Asgard! Asgard, Asgard, Asgard! It's Norse! Not Asguard! Asgard!

Think I'll give it a miss then.
It kind of give it that real life feel as if your there in battle with them, like the camera man would have followed thoses police officers in the TV show Cops....
Bad boy, bad boy what'c going to do when they come for you..... ![]()
Oh dude, I thought you understood. That's the whole point of sci-fi, the fact that it isn't real. If I wanted real, I'd watch all the spaz programs like Coronation Street and Eastenders.
Well I always what to feel like I'm part of the show, it give me an adrenaline rush watching the show. Like "Oh I woudn't have done that, that way I would have done it like...."

Now, wait, it's not nearly as bad as it could be. The camera work seems a lot smoother, at least in this one episode, and there havent really been any of those spin-around-whilst-zooming-in-and-out-and-panning-the-camera-in-a-counterclockwise-circle-while-hopping-on-one-foot shots that galactcia is infamous for yet. It's a little dizzying, but not ridiculous.
Asgard! Asgard, Asgard, Asgard! It's Norse! Not Asguard! Asgard!

It was last season. Even the dog ended up dizzy after last season's eps. I now threaten it with the word 'Galactica' every time it misbehaves, it works a treat.
Well the only scene I really remember the camera moving about alot was when the Chief and the others ran from the cylons on Kobol after trying to get the med kit back from the crash site.

It always looks a little shaky around cylon ships though...
Asgard! Asgard, Asgard, Asgard! It's Norse! Not Asguard! Asgard!

Oh my GOD oh my GOD SPOILER!!!!!!!!!
Galactica Will Encounter Pegasus David Eick, co-creator and executive producer of SCI FI Channel's original series Battlestar Galactica, offered SCI FI Wire a few more details about the introduction of the Battlestar Pegasus, a returning element from the original series, which co-creator Ronald D. Moore revealed in a panel at Comic-Con International in San Diego. "This really came out of a conversation Ron and I had early on about the episodes we had seen of the original show and what felt like they might be well served by a fresh interpretation," Eick said in an interview. He added: "The storyline that we thought was interesting was the Battlestar Pegasus. And so, naturally, we put a pretty unexpected and I think pretty subversive spin on it. But it's definitely going to be a fixture for a while." The Pegasus appears beginning in the 10th episode of the second season. The arrival of the Pegasus will launch a complex story arc inspired by current events, Eick said. "It stands to reason that in a show that's all about how we're all trying to survive this horrific attack by this inhuman enemy, that the thing that we're really exploring is not that threat from without, but how it turns itself inward and how it becomes insidious and internal, and how it begins to break us down from inside ourselves," he said. "And what better way to take that idea to the next level than to introduce another human being who, on the face of it, is going to help us defeat the Cylons, defeat that third outside enemy, once and for all, but in reality serves to only remind us once again that the biggest enemy is really us?" Eick also hinted that the Pegasus will be involved in a multi-episode arc, though its crew may not be around as long. "It's not going to go away as quickly as people might think," he said. "That's not to say that the folks involved in bringing the Pegasus to us are going to remain indefinitely. But for sure it's going to be a fixture for some time." Battlestar Galactica airs Fridays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
![]()
