Re: 2009 Doctor Who Specials *Spoilers*Okay this I've typed up from Sundays News of the World
Wow... I thought Seffy was bitching about SGA but it looks like British shows are being affected as well Let me check that I got that right Steven Spielberg? Oh god.... the fruits of that labour must not come to past.....![]()
Re: 2009 Doctor Who Specials *Spoilers*I miss the proper offworldness of the classic Doctor Who. I would accuse this as just being an attempt to better promote the show over there, but they blatantly state it in the article. I don't mind too much, but they need to get off earth for a while, they don't need to keep it on earth like they have been.
I don't like the way they say it is a "big name" actress, it makes it sound like they are using her to get even more viewers, rather than it being a coincidental casting. What I am really curious about is who they will cast as the next doctor, we are getting closer and closer to Valeyard, I hope they don't forget him when we get to the death of the doctor number 12 ![]() ![]() Not allowed to spell Colonel Tigh's name "T-G-H" and claim "the Cylons took the I," as it is cruel and not remotely funny As of 25-03-2008 20:22 only 215 posts behind Hawkeye's post count
Re: 2009 Doctor Who Specials *Spoilers*
Three names of actors who have been linked to the role once DT does leave. Place your bets boys.
Re: 2009 Doctor Who Specials *Spoilers*I would say James Nesbit because I think it would be cool, at least for a couple of episodes but then I might get a bit fed up

Re: 2009 Doctor Who Specials *Spoilers*I saw it, and don't believe it. It seems to be some kind of joke, or hoax based on stories people have heard, afterall
however I am curious about what was happening and can't wait to see the episode ![]() ![]() Not allowed to spell Colonel Tigh's name "T-G-H" and claim "the Cylons took the I," as it is cruel and not remotely funny As of 25-03-2008 20:22 only 215 posts behind Hawkeye's post count
Re: 2009 Doctor Who Specials *Spoilers*I don't know about anyone else but I try very hard to forget Trial Of A Timelord let alone the Valeyard, however I did like episodes 9-12 so if I want to watch that I have to endure that stupid trial!!!!
I'm sure the maker of the current series will not remember the Valeyard
