Martin Wood just confirmed that the Scifi Channel has picked up both shows for an additional season Stargate Atlantis and Stargate SG-1!! :)

Jiihaaa! I don't know what else to say.
I guess now we'll wait for the actors to sign up. Although the Atlantis cast has a six year contract with MGM...

they should just extend that to 10. vancouver would have to get nuked in order to stop that show from running a good long time.

*Does Happy Dance* :D :drool:. Pretty much inevitable now SG-1 has successfully changed the cast around. Good news all round.
