Surely there must be something in the asgard core about them, they are part of the asgard legacy. There must be a gate address or something.

One thing I am hoping for, although it is unlikely, is that the "daedalus variations" aliens are the furlings, but they have become more aggressive over the years and the alliance with the asgard and nox has broken with the ancients gone and no links to the pegasus galaxy they devolved into an angry, aggressive race.

Alternatively will they be the "new alien race" met in "first contact" this season? It is the mid season finale and it will have Daniel Jackson visiting the city, surely the introduction of the furlings is reason enough for him to come to the pegasus galaxy (well that and him wanting to see it for the last 5 or 6 years if you include his ascended time)
The production staff must want to include them somehow, and what they showed in 200 was, in my opinion, them telling us they know we are all waiting, but that they haven't got round to using them yet. I guess they just want to make it a big thing when they finally tell us more about them than "they tried to make a paradise once but failed" (as seen in Paradise Lost when Maybourne got Oneill and himself trapped)
