The fabled lost city of Atlantis. The home to the Ancients (Alterans) was previously located in Antartica before leaving for the Pegasus galaxy. The Atlantis expedition led by Dr. Elizabeth Weir now resides in the city, making use of it's vast array of technologies to fend off the Wriath threat that even the Ancients could not defeat.

Catherine's father was the person who discoevered the stargate in Giva in 192. She is responsible for the stargate program we know of today being started and the recruitment of Daniel Jackson into the program.

Legacy (episode)
During a routine mission, the SG-1 team discovers a room containing the corpses -- a league of Goa'uld who challenged the System Lords.

Learning Curve (episode)
In the pursuit of knowledge, Jack O'Neill, Teal'c and Daniel Jackson travel to the planet Orban as part of an exchange program.

Last Stand (episode)
SG-1 and the Tok'ra learn that the Goa'uld System Lords are negotiating an alliance. Dr Jackson goes undercover at the negotiations.

Lockdown (episode)
When Daniel Jackson contracts a mysterious illness from a Russian Colonel assigned to the team. O'Neill is convinced an epidemic has infected the base and orders a lockdown. When Daniel comes around he reveals that he was possessed by Anubis who is now loose on the base. The team must do all they can to track Anubis down before it is too late!

Letters from Pegasus (episode)
With a brief opportunity to send a data transmission to Earth, members of the Atlantis expedition compose video messages home to their loved ones.
