Mine has to be durring the recconing part 2.

When general O'Neil was trying to get out the stargate, and the replicators comming. Suddenly they stop (thanks to Daniel Jackson).

O'Neil says "that's odd", shrugs, and starts shooting the helpless little guys.

I really liked "200." The whole thing, but if I were forced to choose a favourite part, it would probably be either:

"I think you need a strong title sequence."
"Ha, nobody does that anymore. You just put the title up and move on."
